Harbourview Property Services, first established in 1997 by Shaun Price, has grown to become one of the most experienced and well respected residential home appraisal firms serving the greater Hamilton area.

Shaun Price is a member in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) having received his Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) designation in 1997. The AIC is Canada’s leading real property valuation association with over 5,400 members across the country and around the world. Designated Members must adhere to AIC’s Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (CUSPAP) and undertake on-going professional development.

Shaun, who has been licenced with the Hamilton Real Estate Board since 1992, maintains his real estate licence to access the MLS and to better serve his customers. He is currently registered with R. Kronas Real Estate.

In addition to his keen interest in mid-century and contemporary architecture, Shaun is also an avid outdoorsman who enjoys mountain biking as well as off road and sport motorcycling.
